Overview

Feel the wind and the scent of sea and earth as your buggy roars across the rugged back roads of the Samaná peninsula. This half-day eco-adventure takes you to two paradise-like beaches on the north shore of El Limón — Las Canas and Playa Morón — with a stop at a colorful countryside cabin where coffee and cacao are roasted the traditional way.

Along the way, you’ll pass through small picturesque villages, bright tropical houses, and kids waving as you drive by. Nature explodes in color here: emerald hills, blue ocean, and golden sand framed by coconut trees.

Itinerary (Typical)

1. Pickup & briefing at your hotel gates or boarding dock. Meet your guides, get your helmets, and receive a short safety orientation.
2. Off-road ride to Las Canas along rough countryside tracks, passing palm groves, small farms, and village life.
3. Las Canas Beach – first beach stop on the wild north shore. Time for photos, a short walk, or simply enjoying the untouched scenery.
4. Countryside cabin visit – a colorful typical house where we roast coffee and cacao. Learn how they are prepared, taste local flavors, and discover a small eco-shelter with products like coffee, cocoa paste, honey, coconut oil, hand-made cigars, and local paintings and crafts (optional purchase).
5. Final stop: Playa Morón – a paradise-like beach with tranquil waters and palm-fringed sand. Perfect for a refreshing swim and relaxing before the ride back.
6. Return ride back through the countryside to the starting point, with more views of villages, hills, and coastline.
